STEP 1 - PRE-DESIGN (INTRODUCTION / SCOPE OF WORK)

  • Meet on-site/virtually to review scope of work, discuss needs/priorities, timeline, budget parameters, communication format

  • Follow up with a proposal describing the anticipated scope of work, an outline of our services,  estimated range of hours, overall cost and project retainer to get started


STEP 2 – DESIGN (SPACE PLAN, LAY-OUT, COORDINATE)

  • Field measure and photograph existing spaces; review details along with your preferences

  • Prepare as-builts to define the footprint of available space and enable us to reconfigure/layout possibilities based on actual dimensions; develop concepts (floorplan, elevations, 3D renderings) including cabinetry lay-out and review with you for feedback


STEP 3 – PROJECT DETAILS (FINISH SELECTIONS, MATERIAL & PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS)

  • Identify materials and finish selections applicable to the scope of work and appropriate for your intended use and style preferences

  • Provide options for all finishes/materials/products

  • Coordinate samples, showroom visits, pricing quotes, lead times, orders, installation requirements

  • Incorporate energy-efficient, smart-home technology, eco-friendly and sustainable products when possible


STEP 4 – COMPLETE DRAWINGS & SELECTIONS (PRE-CONSTRUCTION)

  • Deliver a completed set of drawings with a comprehensive “selections package”

  • Final 3D visual presentation of the project


STEP 5 – CONSTRUCTION (ADDITIONAL UPON REQUEST)

  • Provide a separate proposal to perform project management services during construction

  • Oversee coordination of work on site, outline and review the project schedule with material and installation requirements and ensure quality of work is as intended
